RWB differential: 10% of the operation's net result for the producer, with a minimum floor of 1.5× the region's average land lease value. The producer contributes no cash capital, retains ownership of the land and the herd, and shares the value created by the new productive model.

The website sells, first and foremost, the raising of investment for agribusiness at industrial scale. Project Finance, Private Equity and Joint Venture · three complementary paths, powered by the Agro 6.0, RAAS and COGA methodology, with revenue growth per hectare as the competitive advantage.
Structured financing through international funds for the operation's agroindustrial CAPEX · certified collateral and IFRS-auditable accounting.
Selection of investor partners to acquire a stake in the operation · growth capital with international-standard governance.
Silent Partnership (SCP) to convert the operation to the Agro 6.0 model · the producer retains ownership of the land and the herd.

Agro 6.0, RAAS and COGA do not compete with each other · they sustain the fundraising as a single system, converting a traditional rural asset into a high-performance agroindustrial platform: intensive cattle ranching via FVH, precision agriculture with 3 crop seasons/year, technology as OPEX and income from environmental assets.
[Simulation based on a reference farm · 10,000 ha / 10,000 head of cattle · actual results vary according to each property's edaphoclimatic and operational profile.]
Replacing extensive pasture with Hydroponic Green Forage · +30% animal weight gain with 90% less area.
The released area is reconverted for agriculture with 3 crop seasons/year (corn · sorghum · corn) · a 6× increase in revenue per hectare.
Legal reserve monetized via PMFS (Embrapa), CPR Verde (B3 · Decree 10.828) and carbon credits (VERRA / BNDES).
Distribution of the R$ 270 M of CAPEX across 4 complementary fronts, with contractual predictability and real collateral at each layer.
The rural producer contributes no cash capital. The counterpart is the land and operational collaboration · in return, the producer receives a share of the venture's net results, with a contractual minimum floor.
The greater-value rule. If 10% of the net result exceeds 1.5× the average lease value, the producer receives the full 10%. If it falls below, RWB tops up the difference to the floor. Under no circumstance does the producer receive less than 1.5× the average lease value of the region · while remaining the owner of the land, the herd and the environmental assets.
Public proof on the reference farm: EBITDA of 42–79% and revenue per hectare at scale.
